In the app
- Open Skormania and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email with the subject “Delete account” from the address linked to your account to [email protected], including your username. Your request is completed within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Your account, username, predictions and points are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Only anonymous statistics may remain in leaderboards.
- Access logs containing IP addresses are kept for 90 days for security, then deleted.
- Records of terms acceptance and security events may be kept for the relevant periods as evidence and for legal obligations.
