1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are between the person using the Mozaika mobile app (the “Game”) (the “User”) and Mozaika, the owner of the Game (the “Owner”). By downloading and using the Game you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game and delete it from your device.
2. Age and capacity
The Game is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under 18 you should use the Game under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. The service
Mozaika is a single-player puzzle game in which you place stone tiles on an 8×8 board and clear rows and columns. The Owner may add, change, temporarily disable or remove features, scoring and visuals.
4. Device data
The Game uses no accounts. Your score, game in progress and settings are stored only on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device, this data cannot be recovered. Your Game Center score is tied to your Apple account.
5. Rules of use
Cheating software, automation, altering scores or traffic, extracting content, reverse engineering and manipulating the Game Center leaderboard are prohibited. The Owner may remove the scores concerned from the leaderboard in case of a breach or reasonable suspicion.
6. Fees
The Game is free. There are no in-app purchases, virtual currency or subscriptions. If this changes, these terms will be updated in advance.
7. Availability and discontinuation
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or to work on every device. The Owner may stop updating the Game or remove it from the store; the copy on your device may not be affected.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, name, logo, sounds and images belong to the Owner or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for loss of data or progress, loss of profit or indirect damages. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, to harm to life or health, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You are liable, to the extent of your fault, for third-party claims against the Owner and their reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or the law.
11. Force majeure
Delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, public authority decisions, cyber attacks or infrastructure or supplier outages, creates no liability.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may delete the Game.
13. Termination
You may end these terms at any time by deleting the Game from your device. If you breach these terms, the licence granted to you ends.
14. Apple
These terms are between you and the Owner, not Apple. To the extent permitted by law, Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, content or warranties for the Game. Apple is not responsible for third-party infringement claims or product claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on a restricted-party list.
15. General
If a provision is held invalid, the others remain in effect; not exercising a right is not a waiver. The Owner may assign these terms if the Game is transferred.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds. Your non-waivable rights as a consumer are reserved. In case of conflict between versions, the Turkish text prevails, subject to mandatory provisions.
