Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) we explain below how personal data is processed. In short: Mozaika has no accounts, collects no personal data and sends us nothing.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Mozaika, the owner of the Mozaika app. Requests and contact: [email protected].
2. Personal data processed
- In the app: Mozaika collects no personal data. Your best score, your game in progress and your sound, haptics and appearance settings are stored only on your device and never reach us.
- Game Center (optional): if you are signed in to Game Center, your best score and Game Center nickname are sent to Apple for the leaderboard. Apple carries out this processing under Apple’s privacy policy.
- If you write to us: your email address and message.
- Website: the usage data described in section 11.
3. Purposes
The app processes no personal data. When you write to us we use what you send to answer your request, provide support and meet legal obligations. The purpose of website measurement is in section 11.
4. Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
Establishing, exercising or protecting a right and legal obligation for answering requests; legitimate interest for website measurement.
5. Transfers
Because the app sends us no data, no app data is transferred. If you use Game Center, your score goes straight from the app to Apple. Support emails are handled through our email providers (Cloudflare email routing and our mailbox provider) and website measurement through Google. These providers may be abroad; transfers follow KVKK Art. 9. Requests from competent authorities and courts are honoured. Your data is never sold.
6. How data is collected
Data is collected electronically by email when you write to us and automatically when you visit the website. The app collects nothing.
7. Retention
- Scores, games and settings on your device are deleted when you delete the app.
- Support correspondence is kept for the periods required by law after your request is closed, then deleted.
- Website data retention is described in the cookie policy.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, object to an adverse outcome of automated analysis, claim compensation and use your other statutory rights. You can remove the data on your device by deleting the app and send other requests to [email protected]. Requests are answered within 30 days.
9. Children
Mozaika is suitable for players of all ages and collects no personal data. Game Center follows Apple’s own age and parental control rules.
10. Security
App data never leaves your device. Website and email traffic is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure; in case of a breach the notifications required by law are made.
11. Website
games.ozeren.org uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. What is processed, retention periods and how to object are in the cookie policy. Technical server logs may be kept for hosting and security.
12. Changes
This notice may be updated; the current version is published on this page. If the app ever starts collecting data, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect.
The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
